Our Yoga Classes

  • Our Essential series is designed to be both accessible and challenging. The postures are practiced in the same order each time, which allows you to become familiar with the poses and refine them over time. Intended to strengthen and open the body, the series moves at a moderate pace with a balance of activity and rest. Suitable for all levels.

  • Our Flow class focuses on linking postures together with breath and dynamic movement; it is quicker-paced than our Essentials class. This series is great for building upper body strength and improving cardiovascular health. While there are slight variations, Sweat Co. Flow is a semi-set sequence of postures that allows you to become familiar with this style of practice and/or anticipate what is coming next: a helpful element for those needing to modify their practice for any reason. Suitable for all levels.

  • Our Power class is a challenging, fast-paced style of yoga intended to be playful and fun. While the series of postures is variable, you can expect all classes to strengthen your upper body and improve cardiovascular health. Power Flow is a class to explore more advanced postures and is recommended for practitioners who are comfortable with our Sweat Co. Flow series.

  • Our Fusion class is a place to explore variety in your practice. The class is different each time; the class may be energetic or channel a calmer energy. It's teacher's choice, so come with an open mind and see how a more unexpected sequence of postures can challenge you in a new way. Recommended for practitioners who are comfortable with our Sweat Co. Essentials and/or Flow series.

  • Our Yang/Yin class incorporates both active and restorative elements. While the series of postures is different each time, the class starts with an invigorating flow practice to build strength followed by the restorative and relaxing elements of Yin yoga. Suitable for all levels.

  • Our Yin class is a slow-paced practice with longer holds to target connective tissue in your body. While this style is challenging in its own way, this non-weight bearing style of yoga is great for those preferring a less vigorous class. Designed to relax and soften the body, this practice is also excellent for stress relief as the meditative component of slow movement and mindful breathing can have a positive effect on your nervous system. Suitable for all levels.

  • Our Karma class is a donation-based class that supports our local charity of the month. Giving back to the local community is a core value of Sweat Co. and we value your contribution. Unless otherwise posted, the class offered is our Essential Series. Suitable for all levels.
